Rocket Internet’s fashion eCommerce arm Global Fashion Group (GPG) expects to raise USD300 million with an IPO in Frankfurt that could occur as soon as July. The GPG business comprises four main regional platforms: Zalora and Iconic in APAC, Latin America’s Dafiti and Lamoda in Russia, Ukraine and CIS. It serves 11.5 million shoppers with forecast 2019 GMV of EUR1.8 billion and revenue of EUR1.3 billion. Over 10,000 brands are partners, with most well-known apparel manufacturers selling through the platforms.
