WalmartLabs – the California-based tech subsidiary of Walmart - has acqui-hired two India-based companies, FloCare - a health tech startup - and BigTrade - a B2B wholesale trading platform. Walmart aims to strengthen its customer service technology and supply chain with the two companies. 

FloCare, which also has offices in the US, majors in healthcare services to help make aging at home more affordable and scalable. BigTrade offers a wholesale trading platform which provides end-to-end business solutions from product or supplier discovery to payments.
