Username & Password Information

How do I change my KantarRetailiQ.com password?

To change your password, go to my Profile. Under Username and Password, enter and confirm your new password. Your password must have:

  • At least one upper-case letter
  • At least one lower-case letter
  • At least one number
  • At least one of these special characters: ! _ @ # $ % ^ & *
  • Be at least 8 characters long

To save your changes, hit the save button at the bottom of the page.

I am a new user. How do I obtain a username and password?

If your company has a Kantar Retail iQ license, you can register for a Username & Password. If you are not able to register please sign-up for a trial. If you have questions about registering please contact CustomerService@KantarRetail.com

I forgot my username and/or password. What should I do?

If you forget your Username or Password, you can request a new one.

How do I change my contact email address?

To change your email address, go to my Profile. Under Contact Information, enter and confirm your new email address. Your email address must be from a licensed company. To save your changes, hit the save button at the bottom of the page. If you have questions about your company’s license, email Customer Service at CustomerService@KantarRetail.com or contact your account representative.

Can Kantar Retail conduct a training session for me and/or my team?

Yes. As part of your Kantar Retail iQ license, you can sign-up for in-depth live online training with a member of our product team. Contact your account representative for a custom training.

I attended a Kantar Retail Event. Where are the slides that were presented at that event? When will they be posted?

All slides presented at a Kantar Retail Event can be found on the Event Presentations page of the Events section of the website. To access the slides go to the Events, Webinars & Training tab at the top of any page of the website, and select Event Presentations under the Events sub-menu. You can browse the slides by retailer, channel, country, and event. Both Adobe PDF and PowerPoint versions of the slide presentations are available. In addition, Slide Presentations are posted to applicable Retailer, Channel, Country, and Topic Insight Centers. All slide presentations are posted within 48 hours of event completion. To access Event Presentations, go to http://www.kantarretailiq.com/ContentIndex/EventPresentationList.aspx.

Why can’t I see certain retailers/channels/countries and content types?

Not all retailers/channels/countries are listed on the insight center menus. Click on the "View All" option to view the entire list. Also, your license package determines what retailers, channels and countries you have access to. If you have questions about your company’s license, email Customer Services at CustomerService@KantarRetail.com or contact your account representative.

Can I use the information on Kantar Retail iQ in my presentations?

Your licensed agreement enables you to use the information contained on KantarRetailiQ.com as long as you reference Kantar Retail as a source. Please refer to Terms of Use for complete details.

What is my iQ?

my iQ allows you to personalize your experience on Kantar Retail iQ. There, you can set up a dashboard that matches your preferences. You can select the retailers, channels, and countries that matter to you. You can follow analysts, plus set up email alerts for news briefs, articles, slide presentations, and conversation insights.

How do I update my iQ preferences?

The first time you login to Kantar Retail iQ, you will be prompted to set up your preferences. To access or edit your preferences at anytime, go to my iQ Home. You can change your preferences at any time using the left-hand navigation in my iQ.

How do I sign up for Kantar Retail iQ newsletters?

To sign up for Kantar Retail iQ newsletters, go to the About Us tab and select Request Information. From there, you can select what newsletters you would like to receive. Sign up for our complimentary Shopper Insights monthly newsletter showcasing our experts’ latest analysis of our ShopperScape® survey results.

How does Kantar Retail use cookies?

We use 3 types of cookies, depending upon the source of the cookie and the use to which the information is put. Kantar Retail cookies are used for login and authentication purposes; and to track sessions. We also use "analytics" cookies powered by the external Google Analytics service (www.google.com/analytics/).
